Choose how to React to Anxiety
I know of few people that have managed to go through their entire life without encountering the feelings of anxiety at some point. Sometimes it may be a brief momentary feeling while sometimes it presents as a long term feeling that we carry with us for days, weeks or months.
Today I feel so blessed to share a interview I did with my new homie Ashley Smith from “Social Anxiety Buster” on YouTube titled “Choose how to React to Anxiety”!
